Regional Finance sent an unsolicited live check to an address that I own but my father lives at. The check nor any of the paperwork had my legal name on it and was made out to my father and not my legal name. He cashed it at his bank using his social security number, birthdate, and phone number. Regional Finance opened an account under my name instead of my father’s and reported it to all three credit bureaus falsely. The manager Haley Dill said for my father to call in and verify that it was him that cashed the check even though it was in his name not mine. He did that and Regional has yet to delete it off of my credit. My attorney is gathering information now.

I have received the worst customer service at Regional Finance in Sherman. They treat you like you're a bother instead of appreciating that it's loans that customers take out that pays their salary. No customers= no job.
Its that simple.
