Always very friendly and helpful outstanding service.

Does not allow you to pay off online. However, it lets you think you are making a payoff, and it then proceeds to keep pulling auto payments.

Local branch personnel are very nice and helpful and even stated they didn't understand why the website did this. Local branch personnel - 5 stars.

Alexis at Regional Finance made getting additional money very easy. She made everything from the approval to the paperwork to the direct deposit flow as smooth as silk. I have been with Regional here in Sherman, Tx for years and have never had a bad experience. They are great about helping even with a credit score that is under 600. I would highly recommend Regional Finance.

I have Been a customer for multiple years now and have never had an issue. In the last month I can not say the same I have Been told I would Receive call backs and never do, was told I was Approved to refinance my load an my credit was ran not once but twice. Then had to call and was told that I wasn’t approved an they noticed it after they sent me documents to sign, but no one called. The people in the local office threw off customers “because they aren’t who you spoke with in the beginning “ and very rude and disrespectful. A was basically told today that all of this was my fault and resent paperwork again to fill out an still haven’t heard anything and this is now been going on for 3 weeks. Also add they had no problem pulling my credit or taking out my mo they payment. Horrible customer service and will never recommend!

The first loan I received from them went well, I made on time payments even though their interest rates are sky high. They never wanted to refinance my loan so I paid it off on time. Since then I've been getting $5,000 checks to deposit, well I didn't need $5,000 so I called about a smaller loan. She said I'd have to apply & they'd see if I was qualified, I said BS, I have a check I can deposit right now so evidently I'm qualified for $5,000 but you have to see if I'm qualified for a lower amount? I really didn't want to pay back double on the $5,000 for 4 years. Their business practices suck. Not doing business with them again. Good luck to those who do.

Simplicity, speed and professionalism!!!

The money you loaned me didn't cover everything....I had to pull $400 of my own money to close the loan out. One loan wasn't even included.....I told them that I wanted to consolidate ALL my loans. Didn't realize that it wasn't on there until about a half hour after we left. We went back and I was told had they done that the loan would have had to been for more.....duhhhhh...really? Unreal. Bad experience. Wish I had never done it.
