Easy order and my lenses fit my glasses perfectly!

I was dubious as I always used a high street optician but they charge an astronomical sum of money for glasses. I saw Reglaze my Spex, read their history and decided to give them a try. No regrets whatsoever. In fact, I was so happy with their service that I got two frames reglazed. One for the sun and one for normal daily activities. The price is competitive and the level of quality is excellent. Fast dispatch as well.

I have previously used this company twice before with great success. This last order, although delivered back quickly, was not as requested. My glasses were returned with the 2 lenses transposed. As the shape of the lenses was not symmetrical I could not just swap them over in the frames. I therefore had to return them, at my cost, for them to be re-manufactured and replaced. The replacements were sent back quickly and as per my prescription this time. In summary the service is good value and fast. The error was quick to be resolved and hopefully just an isolated case.

Very good service and i haven't seen lower prices anywhere else for the quality of the lenses.

Snapped my an arm off my glasses when reglazing, put back in case the wrong way round so it couldn’t have happened in transit. Took no responsibility for breaking them. New lenses were spot on but completely useless in a snapped frame.
