Glasses were great but communication was slow

Amateur website, which is glitchy doesn’t help the order process, but once you get through that the process seems to be quick.
Unfortunately, my order disappeared in the post and reglazemyspex will do nothing to help, despite Royal Mail having a clear process for the circumstances. There was no response to my initial email, but weeks later when I followed up, the response was rude and obstructive.
I see similar complaints from previous reviewers on this, and other, review sites.
Avoid this company

Easy straightforward process to go through. Many options to choose to suit your budget. Great communication and all done and delivered in the space of a week. The cost compared with high street prices is great.

Used this company many times but had a few issues where glasses were made incorrectly (even though information was written in the notes section), they are happy to re-do but you have to pay your own postage to send them back which seems unfair.

On the plus side, they are very speedy to return glasses but on balance the quality of the service (and reglaze) isnt as good as other companies (such as Reglaze glasses direct).

Great service! Free collection and delivery and really speedy! Such a great idea if you’ve got frames you love but need a new prescription! Thank you Reglaze My Spex!!

Very good quite quick.

Refused to give me a refund for a cancelled order until I sent the packaging back to them. After a week I still had t received the packaging they wanted back and they refused to provide tracking for it to prove they’d sent it. PayPal had to step in to get me my refund. Avoid!

Ordered a reglaze but the order process was glitchy on their website (didn’t ask what lenses I wanted or for a prescription) so I reached out to them and received an unconvincing response which didn’t answer my question. I tried again and the response was plain rude. I asked to cancel the order and was told a postage pack was already on the way and to send the package back to get a refund. I told them a few days later a pack hadn’t arrived and was told again to return it for a refund. I asked for tracking details for the pack and then was ignored. I had to open a case on PayPal on get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,

Use to use reglazemyspex a lot and never had any problems. Recently though the past 2 times I’ve sent glasses off the prescription has come back wrong. Won’t be using again
