We’re disappointed to see this 1-star review, especially considering the circumstances. Let’s clarify a few things:

First, you contacted us about your concern that the fragranced dryer eggs and fabric conditioner sheets didn’t meet your expectations. We informed you that if the items were returned and found to be faulty, we would cover the return postage and issue a full refund. This is standard policy and ensures fairness for all our customers.

Your claim that you "wish you had read the reviews first" is confusing. We have hundreds of 5-star reviews from happy customers. The only negative reviews tend to come from people trying to return non-faulty items after use, which seems to be the case here.

If the products were faulty, we would have issued a refund without hesitation. However, returning items for testing ensures we can verify any issues, which is why we requested that step. It’s not unreasonable to expect this from customers who claim a product isn’t working as intended.

We’re sorry you feel your money was wasted, but it’s important to understand our process is in place to protect all our customers and maintain fairness. If you’d like to proceed with the return for testing, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Unfortunately, this notice implies something misleading, which unfairly suggests that we may have manipulated reviews – something we would never do.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re sorry the freeze-dried watermelon bon bons didn’t meet your expectations, there are several inaccuracies in your review that we need to address:

Product Expectations: These are clearly labelled as freeze-dried bon bons with a watermelon flavour—not real fruit. Misunderstanding this does not make the product itself misleading.

Packaging: Contrary to your claim, the packaging is fully biodegradable, not single-use plastic. This is detailed in the product description.

Customer Communication: You never reached out to us about your issue. If you had, we would have happily resolved it, including offering a refund. Instead, leaving multiple negative reviews about the same issue on different platforms appears to be an attempt to harm our reputation unfairly.

We take pride in being an eco-conscious company and working hard to provide great products and service. Reviews like yours—especially without giving us a chance to make things right—do more harm than good. If you had simply contacted us, this could have been resolved without unnecessary negativity.
