I recently used Rego Checker and accidentally signed up for a membership while completing a PPSR check. I wasn’t aware that the membership was included, and only realised after I was charged.

As soon as I contacted their customer support and explained the situation, I was met with nothing but understanding, kindness, and professionalism. They resolved the issue quickly and without any fuss, which was greatly appreciated.

Went ok when buying a vehicle. Did not notice the 7 day trial which most people wont and this is why they offer the 7 day membership. This is like Kogan. Then they charge you for a month. highly unethical. its a scam hidden in what looks like a genuine website

Scam. They charge you $20 a week afterwards after intentionally hiding all details about a subscription. You get charged whether or not you sign up. Do not fall for this scummy business.

Very good site and received the right information i needed but the subscription info was confusing for my old brain. When I emailed re the subscription fee taken from my acct you were very helpful and promised to refund the fee to me.

do not enter your credit card details, it is a trap. This is a dodgy service not a one off payment but a subscription and difficult to get out of. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

These guys are scammers. They charged my card for a subscription renewal without my knowledge.

Awesome experience

I mistakenly signed up for a subscription and after emailing customer support, Marnie was very understanding and supportive. She showed me by using screen shots and detailed explanations how I would've signed up. I admitted my overlook of the steps and fine print as I was in a hurry to get to rego check, I also explained that the unknown subscription charges was a shock for me right now given my recent redundancy. Marnie was empathetic and took all this into consideration and granted a refund, which for me has been greatly appreciated. Thank you Marnie.
