Very Poor 1st month signing up experience
My signing up month was very poor experience.
1. I had paid AED 21,000 + on 9th October
Prior to moving in. Six days later you were expecting me to Pay for the following month.
In my conversation with your administrator
at the business center it was communicated and accepted that I would pay up at the start of the month for November. Which I did on 1st Nov.
There was a late fee levied with no mention of this late fee by her on 9th Oct or even a mail reminder
mentioning the same.
2. I authorized payment of AED 8098.07 on 15th November 2023, for Month of December 2023 on my credit card, to my shock it was debited the very next day on 7th November instead of 15th.
3. As if all this is not enough, now that they say that don't trust me with two months security deposit and 1.5 months advance payment, they want post dated cheques for my stay. Now, I am in two minds whether to continue with Regus further.
