Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Scam
I signed up with Regus Beaconsfield for a Virtual Office at £74/month. I provided my business bank account details for direct debit, and the first payment was taken as agreed.
Then, after two months, I started receiving invoices with extra charges and late payment fees, even though I had already given my bank details for automatic payment. I spoke to the sales representative again, and he apologized, waived the charges, and assured me that everything would now be handled via direct debit.
Unfortunately, nothing changed. The payments were not taken, and instead, Regus began sending threatening invoices and escalating the matter to debt collectors.
This has been a frustrating, exhausting experience that feels incredibly dishonest. I’ve done everything on my side, but Regus has failed to manage their billing properly and is now harassing me for it. Absolutely unacceptable.
