Extremely disappointing experience with Regus
I made a booking at the Bologna Central Station location and realized shortly after that I needed to cancel it. Following Regus’s stated cancellation policy, I sent an email to the provided address within the 2-hour free cancellation window. However, I received no response. The next day, I noticed an attempt to charge my account despite my timely cancellation request.
I immediately followed up with multiple emails, contacted the call center, and even used the help section in the Regus app, but I was ignored for weeks. When I finally received a response, I was told that my cancellation could not be processed because their office was closed on Sunday, which was never mentioned in their cancellation policy.
Despite assurances that the issue would be resolved, Regus continues to send payment requests and has made no effort to address the matter professionally. Their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.
Regus’s handling of this situation has been incredibly unprofessional. If you value reliability and good customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for co-working spaces.
