Poor Accounts Processes
Debited my account for the same invoice twice, then made me jump through hoops in an attempt to get a refund. It has been 4 weeks since I alerted them to the duplicate payment, still waiting for funds to be refunded to my account.
** Update - I have asked your team to cease contacting me. You can keep my money, it is not worth the volume of emails with excuses and requests for information. The ‘patience’ I keep being thanked for has well and truly run out, please do not contact me again **
