Billing nightmare
The local office staff are very helpful and friendly, but the account management and billing is a nightmare. Changes to the default card to take payment from take a month or more to process, this may show up in your account but it won't be used. Support are of very little help, and you'll still be liable for late fees even if it's their mistake. If I had any other alternative locally I'd go elsewhere.
