Deposit refund complaint
Dear REGUS TEAM!
I used to rent the office A09, The Sun Me Tri, Hanoi, Vietnam, for the period from August 23, 2023, to February 29, 2024. I am writing this email to request that you refund the deposit to me IMMEDIATELY! Your reason may be a system error or something, but this is not something I need to worry about!
After the contract ended and I paid the office restoration costs, your staff in charge DID NOT send me any instructions to request a deposit refund. Only when I proactively texted her, she responded.
After that, I sent the deposit refund request forms according to your regulations. However, until now, more than 2 months after we moved out of the office, I have not received a refund of the deposit.
AND YOUR EMPLOYEES DIDN'T SEND ME ANY NOTICE. When I texted to ask, she replied very calmly, "She is no longer in charge of the Regus The Sun site and asked me to contact the management center. And you guys work according to the system." I really don't understand what type of system style this is, and is this really a customer support staff?!
I quickly transferred the deposit to you when I started renting the office, and now I have to beg to get my money back??? I believe you are a large worldwide organization, and you will have a reasonable solution for this case!
