We understand that your main concern is about the mail forwarding fee that have been charged to you. For the convenience of our customers, we provide 3 flexible mail handling options to meet your business needs at an economical flat monthly rate:
Store and Collect – Store your mail safely to collect at your convenience.
Monthly mail forwarding.
Weekly mail forwarding (this is the default option if you do not select one).
If the options above don't meet your needs, we will forward your mail the same day and a one-off forwarding fee will be applied. This was explained in the welcome email you received.
Your Community team can provide further information for each option and will be happy to make any necessary changes on your behalf.
We confirm that the mail forwarding services have been removed from your account and the charges have been credited to you.
A member of our team has contacted you to assist you further in this matter, please respond to them if you need any additional support.

Regus is a scam
Regus is a scam. They will ensure you pay them money you don’t owe once you don’t renew your lease. I leased an office space at Lakefront At Keystone, 9465 Counselors Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240, for about two years and when I quit, they refused to refund my security deposit of two months downpayment and asking me to pay them for office restoration of an office that is sparkling clean. I hardly even used the office. It was just a place I used to meet clients who want to sit down and discuss. Right now, they are adding interest to a charge for restoration of space and there is nothing to restore. Stay away from Regus. You can thank me later.
The response they have given below is all lies. The telephone was working as I never even used it. I got my own telephone line for the office from ooma.com with two extensions. I never used their telephone and it was working when I left. Not only that, the office was intact and clean. No damage. Not even a scratch. If there was a damage, I will understand but there was none. You then want to charge restoration by default when there is nothing to restore? Regus is mean, mischievous and greedy. Stay away from them if you know what is good for you.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your centre team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.
The late payment fees have been billed to your account since the office restoration service fee remained unpaid.
Your retainer has been offset against a part of your outstanding balance and you will be required to pay the current account balance.
