I feel it is important to clarify that my original review was based on the actual experience I have had.
The issue was not simply that I “signed two agreements.” I was initially moved because the original office I rented had been double booked by Regus. I was then asked to sign a manual agreement for a temporary office, before later being told on 16 April that I needed to sign a new automated agreement instead.
Immediately after doing so, five separate payments totalling £1,849.20 were taken from my account in error.
While I appreciate that an apology was given and that I was informed a refund had been initiated, over two weeks later I am still waiting for the funds to be returned. During this period, communication has been extremely limited, despite repeated follow-ups from me.
