Thieves and scammers
Although I paid for the service of renting an office space on spot and I was explained that I will not be charged for another month -with eventually being charged additional money for another month. And also due to the fact that I received the email confirming that the service was cancelled, the charge was there. The employee lied to me directly in the face. Regus in Limassol are thieves and no wonder the offices for co-working space are basically empty. Do not use their service ever.
UPDATE: in their reply right not they are LYING AGAIN. The staff lied about when we need to update them about cancellation, all in order to charge us one more time. There is no such explanation in agreements or policies!!! Nobody has contacted Djordje, this is also a lie. If they do not contact us about refund this will be all over internet and twitter, as I want everyone to know what scammers they are. Please see review on other websites in Cyprus- their billing policies is being talked about everywhere.

I’m sorry you feel this way but let me assure you that we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, openness and professionalism in all of our activities and for you to come on here making such accusations is not fair or accurate.
When you visited the centre in September the team explained the cancellation policy and the minimum term you could achieve based on your start date.
I can only apologise if this wasn’t clear enough for you and please remember the cancellation terms are also stated in your agreement which is available to you in the documents section of your online account (myregus).
