An absolute nightmare
An absolute nightmare. If there was an option to rate in negative i would have.
Have absolutely ridiculous policies and no staff clearly explains them.
I was told (i clearly remember the lady who i talked to on phone said that) i could end the contract given i give notice 3 months in advance only then to find out when i wanted to end the contract because i didnt step foot even once, mind you NOT EVEN ONCE, the 3 month notice is to let them know if you wont be renewing the contract and the actual contract ends when it ends. I paid 4 months fee for no reason.
On top of that just, there is a restoration fee to clean the mess you left behind and tidy the space for next client. I DIDNT USE THE SPACE EVEN ONCE, what cleaning, tidying and emptying drawers do i owe?
Apparently that is a flat rate paid irrespective of space use because just like hotel room cleaning service charge because they dont know if the room was used.
What on earth is the card, key and cameras are for?
Horrible Horrible horrible service.
