Sales personnel did not listen to our specific requirements
We looked for an office that could accommodate a team that works on European (mid-shift or 2 pm to 12 am) working hours as our clients are mostly from Central Europe. We specifically provided this information when we visited the site. To be fair, the staff that gave us a tour of the premises told us that the local airconditioning on the office spaces we will rent is going to be turned off at around 6 pm but that the centralized airconditioning still works. Guess what, it did not work after 6 pm during the week that we used the office space. It was so hot. Additionally, we were not informed that if the available seats are on a first come first served basis. So, if you go to this office expecting to see a vacant seat and you didn't rent an office space, you need to wait until a seat becomes available and find another Regus office that has an available seat. Finally, they have a common meeting room which is only free of charge during the normal shift (I think 9 am to 7 pm) but if you book it past that time, they will charge you. We specifically told them about our office hours so I think it is understandable that we might have meetings after 7 pm which will require us to use the common meeting room. This information was not provided to us when they were selling the office spaces. I just hope that they will be more transparent to their future tenants who have a situation similar to ours which they can't accommodate.
