The administrator of the account your company has with us is your colleague, Ramasamy.
He signed a 12-month agreement starting 01 July 2025 with a preferential monthly fee; however, the invoices have not been paid since then, which has caused the account restriction.
Accounts with long-term overdue balances will be automatically handed over to our collections team.
Most, if not all, companies have an internal collections department or utilise a third party. It’s a very common part of a business when providing goods or services to customers and then not receiving payment. This should not come as a surprise to any consumer. We want to maintain a positive relationship with you; however, the current payment situation needs to be resolved, and we appreciate your urgent payment (you can pay via your online account).
