Nobody cares
I am a customer at the Sofia office. Bulgaria switched to the euro recently. Regus keeps sending reminders to pay (which was automated beforehand) which I gladly would do. They even mailed me from the legal department. I have sent over 3 replies to both email addresses, asking them to attach an invoice in euro. Nobody replies and they keep sending reminders. This is not a serious business. What a poor customer experience. I will never use Regus anymore.
