Good enough
I've been using co-working (dedicated table) here for 9+ months
There are pros and cons for sure:
- your table with a chair and secure box
- stable and fast internet connection, central conditioner with no ability to adjust necessary temperature, light, cleaning service, garbage collectors and WCs
- 2hrs of conf room to use daily for free
- ability to use lobby in Regus offices around the globe - wasn't able to come in to other Warsaw Regus office without help of administrator - it means 9-16/M-F only
- calendar for booking isn't flexible: e.g. you cannot book 2 times per day for 1 hour - only single booking is allowed for either 0.5 or 1 or 2 hrs for free per day. It's possible to cancel the booking and ... no way to book again for the same day for free ... No way to book 15 mins only ... administrators says: "that's it, I can't anything to change ..."
- conf rooms sometimes are busy by people by their own despite you'd booked it - no way to check the calendar for current bookings - just guess
- to my mind "unlimited coffee" option is too expensive to choose (27% of the monthly cost of co-working place!)
Too much also depends on the people around - co-workers. Some people get out of their rooms and speak loudly close to your table (while you are having a meeting from work place for instance) or get their kids to Regus office in the summer/vacations time, where the kids run around you (or closing them in conf room because they are distract these persons in their work rooms ...). Some forget to open the conf room after the usage and next morning until administrator is coming for opening it you can conduct your meetings in lobby for instance (with paid option 2 hrs in conf room for free)
I see sometimes people working from lobby (cheaper option) - in summer time. They sometimes had to hold their meetings among rattling dishes and people around talking and drinking morning coffee during small talks
As a bottom line the location is good, the service as well especially someone is paying for you for dedicated room and unlimited coffee
