Poor customer service
The Bothell-Canuon Park West area is outdated. No orientation to office space or area. When they want you to sign and pay, there is quick and frequent communication. There were mistakes (dates) with the contract, and I had to sign multiple times, which caused confusion on the billing. When you try to go to another lounge for work, good luck. Since you don't have a key card for the other locations, someone at the desk has to see you, to open the door. If no one is there, you have to call, you may or may not get an answer. Frustrating.
I appreciate your help in getting concerns addressed even though my contract was over.
