Where do I start first off the professional and the authenticity is impeccable. I was at aww by the knowledge REIDINHEALTH displayed. There authenticity made me feel at home and lol working with me so long felt like we became friends. They encouraged me so much when the va was denying me. They was like a coach in the boxing ring pep talked me coached me up and told me go back in and fight for what I deserved. Jon Reid is one of the most professional and honest people I've ever delt with in my 76 years. I've had 3 different consultants try to help me with no outcome.

I really can’t say enough great things about Jon and the support he’s given me throughout this process. From the start, he’s been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward, which made everything feel much more manageable.

What really stands out are the small things…he always takes the time to respond to texts and calls, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he’s helping. That kind of consistency and reliability means a lot when you’re going through something like this.

Communication is clear and concise, punctual to the meetings (which is respective of your time), explains expectations up front.

He knew how to help and which direction I needed to go while guiding me through the claim process. I can honestly say I would not have gotten the results that I got without him.

Where do I start! It’s been a long journey and ive wanted to quit multiple times, but Jon helped me realize that I needed to keep pushing. The process wasn’t easy but Jon helped me through every step of the way. Ive recommended him to multiple people and they’ve been helped as well.

I heard about Jon from a friend. I did not have high hopes as I got out in 2000. I tried to get a rating back then, but nadda. It's taken about a year since submitting my claim, and the there are a lot of hoops, but Jon is indeed is very familiar with the process and words to use to be heard. He encourages you to present your true concerns only, which I appreciate. I recommend Jon to all of my friends and family, 10/10 would do again.
