I can honestly highly recommend this service, not because it's free because of the help they gave me. I was in a very serious situation as a tenant, from serious dangerous gas and electric defects plus I was being threatened by my landlord. I am a very vulnerable with complex disabilities. I live in one of those big purpose-built student blocks (the ones that are run by a private operator rather than the uni).
