Had an amazing experience with the Removal Squad team. From my first conversation with James all follow-up questions/queries were addressed extremely promptly by him or Shak, always polite and professional. Such easy communication via WhatsApp!

There was a little hiccup with the timing and the app didn’t track the ETA but Abdy and Zik arrived at the original scheduled time.

They worked so hard to move my furniture and belongings into storage and went patiently above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. They also wrapped up my 50inch TV with the bubble wrap and cardboard that I supplied to ensure it was safely transported.

They both had such a positive attitude despite all the heavy lifting and were lovely company. I felt so comfortable and cared for with both of them and deeply appreciate everything they did for me including giving me a ride to the storage unit.

I was a little apprehensive at the start as it was my first experience using a removal company and I’m so glad I chose Removal Squad, will definitely be using their services again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this moving team! From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating and made what could have been a stressful day so easy and smooth. Nothing was too much trouble for them—they handled every request with a can-do attitude and took great care with all our belongings. James was great, Zik was so helpful, and Abi was absolutely fantastic! They each went above and beyond, even offering creative, helpful ideas for setting me up in the new house, which I really appreciated. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle our move, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for an stress-free moving experience!

James made it very easy to book our move, even though it was short notice. On the day we got a msg which allowed us to track the van on it's way to us.
Juan andTom were absolutely brilliant. Very professional and nothing was to much trouble. Our stuff was handled with care and at the new house, they were happy to put everything where I asked them to.

Removal squad team are not only professional and know exactly what they do but out very polite and respectful. Despite a slight hitch with a late arrival of vehicles the service was excellent - communication was great and was kept updated. The crew were super helpful, professional and nothing was a problem - always great to work with positive professional people. Really good customer service - and despite a problem to start with the service recovery spot on. Would definately use again.

Booking and communication with James and the team were brilliant from the Removal Squad.

Manny and Tom were professional, very pleasant to work with, conscientious, flexible, quick-thinking, and positive throughout the day while they were helping us move. They handled all of our belongings during our home-move very thoughtfully and carefully. We were able to finish ahead of schedule.

I wanted to give them a tip but I did not have any cash money. I mentioned this to Manny and he said it was a nice gesture but was not necessary. So, I contacted their manager (James) to see if I could leave them a tip through online banking, and he said he 'would make sure they would get every penny of it.' I hope Manny and Tom get a chance to see this review so they can see how grateful we are for their services.

I would recommend this company to anyone, and wish their business all the best.

Great comms, great service, pick up slot offered, tracking service for van delivery provided. Sent them a photo of the collection via WhatsApp. Paid deposit to secure the booking and the rest on collection. This is a serious company and they do things properly. Would recommend highly. Don't spend time looking around and wasting your time with unserious operators like I did previously. These guys cover a wide area. Contact them and get rid of your junk!

I had a wonderful experience with the removal squad. I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman called James on the phone who literally walked with me through the whole process keeping me constantly updated and letting me know every detail- no question I asked was too much- and as it was my first time using them I asked a lot!

Our driver - Mike was excellent too- very patient and helpful!

I would definitely recommend the team and I really did enjoy my experience! And I will use them for all of my future deliveries as they are fast, efficient and cost effective!
