We had a great experience with this removal company. Despite our small move, they were flexible and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The driver Juan was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He even managed to dismantle a single bed for us, which we couldn’t do ourselves. We also really appreciated their automated system, which confirmed the driver’s details and allowed us to track his location. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I’ve used removal squad 3 times now and they are the best very easy to communicate with over WhatsApp tell them the details they’ll take care of the rest nice and easy .
Juan and Thomas were the gentlemen that took care of the removal for us nice guys really organised and hard workers it was my pleasure to meet them they were professional on time really friendly and worked hard till the job was taken care of.

We had the pleasure of having
Alexandru to assist us with a last minute house move.

He was absolutely amazing!

He worked so hard to make the job a lot less stressful for us.

He loaded the van perfectly, all of our belongings neatly positioned in order, with no damages to fragile items.

Offloading had some challenges but nothing that Alexandru couldn't manage.

He was so organised; down to making sure there was enough space in our new home to manoeuvre and placing all of the boxes & furniture into the right rooms.

Absolutely AMAZING! I contacted them on the Sunday evening, they came the next day and removed my items in minutes!!!! I have been so stressed trying to get rid of my furniture and this has been the most efficient and helpful company ever !!!!

Manuel and Tom were very friendly right from the beginning. Arrived early and took the stress out of moving even helping me move it all into self storage. They were very careful with the precious items which set me at ease especially after another company I had used broke a £1500 3d printer without a care in the world.

What an amazing service. Manny and Tom were fantastic. I was nervous prior to their arrival about the removals of my furniture. These men put my mind at ease and handled my furniture with great care and respect all while being cheerful.

Overall positive experience.

The pro's: competitive price, fast and efficient work, friendliness. The cons: the admin team's response time was inconsistent, sometimes taking over half an hour, although this may have been due to me making the booking on a Sunday. The men and van were delayed by around two hours, but this might have been beyond their control as it was bank holiday Monday, and they kept me updated.

Excellent experience from start to finish. James provided great customer service when I had initial enquires before booking as well as after, and kept me updated and reassured. Marko helped me and mum with the delivery - very accommodating and easy to talk to, especially when my sofa was too large for my new place (which was all my fault for not measuring correctly)!

I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again if I need to.
