They answered my calls - quoted me what I asked for - and delivered it on the day it was booked. Gus did a very good job of it too. Very pleased.

Service visit
First experience of Rene Plumbing & Heating (as an annual boiler service visit via Corgi). The engineer was a little behind the scheduled time but he did call to let me know about 30 minutes beforehand. He was pleasant, did his job efficiently and used shoe covers when inside the house (a plus point; not all tradespeople bother). As it was just a service there's little to say about the success of the visit but it seemed to go well.
