We have been sent to Renew via our Admiral claim. They are awful. Painful to deal with, don't ring you back and generally hold up the claim.
We had a flood and it is hard enough to deal with this as it is without being passed from one company to another to deal with the various aspects of your property which has been damaged. Renew are the worst, we assume Admiral know this, but if you are reading this, anyone from Admiral, change your supplier.

This year we had an underfloor water pipe leak which was quite a traumatic experience to deal with. The Company gave me excellent guidance and help to deal with the problems I was facing, which as I am now in my 70's and my husbands carer I am very grateful for.

Fitted and supplied a new carpet, sent from admiral insurance, marked walls damaged skirting and cracked it in places, then lied and said it was like that. We will be seeking damages as everything in the house is new or total refurbished 7 years ago. Close to 200k And decorated 10 months ago , we had no damaged it was all like new before they came around. then they cracked and mark skirting walls had tool marks that did wip off but the rest is permanent and very damaged there so yeeha I'd never ever recommend them then they lied and said it was like that . Be careful when useing admiral insurance as they use these cowboys.

the carpets were fitted quickly and professionally in all the rooms and when they had finished they sent me 12 photos of all 5 rooms.

All the staff I have spoken to at Renew have been extremely helpful and sympathetic regarding my carpet damage claim. Special thanks to Rebecca who went above and beyond to arrange a date for the carpets to be fitted, in a very difficult high rise building. The carpet fitters (Carl & team) arrived on time, were
polite and professional and did an excellent job, moved my furniture back and left no mess. Thank you so much.

Been dealing with renew for nearly 7 months. We had an insurance claim due to a leak from our neighbours which Aviva subcontracted to Renew. Their handling of our claim has been incompetent from start to finish. The fact we did some of the work ourselves due to their incompetence speaks volumes of their failures. We had to constantly chase them for dates, information etc. Have shown no duty of care, lacked any form of accountability and the fact the insurance company themselves acknowledged Renews failings yet Renews management shirked all accountability shows just what you are dealing with here. I would advise to stay as far away from this company as possible.

It was my first insurance claim of any type and Renew has helped me along the way.

I have to admitted it is not an easy journey with home insurance claim as it involved contractors and sub-contractors from different background and expertise and coordination was crucial. After raising a complaint to Renew regarding the disagreement with one of their supply and fitting contractor, the complaint was handled perfectly by Claire Broxton with attention to details and willingness to solve issues and challenges with me after she took over the case.

Advices to Renew:
Please considering to have more than one subcontractor within your pipeline, as lessons learned with my claim, putting eggs in one basket is a risky move as the subcontractor (in my case, House of Carpets and Flooring) can play their "default and walk away" card anytime they like which is disgraceful.
