Immediate attention to my order which was quickly delivered interstate. Very happy with their service.

Of the product, I found it difficult to easily remove the small rear waste bin without over-riding the outer, track stops. This was caused by the top of the bin system being covered by my bench overhang. The large front bin extracts easily but the rear, small one cannot be removed without extending the frame and tracks outwards. Not insurmountable but a nuisance that other purchasers should be aware of.
Otherwise, the product is exactly what I was looking for, well made, strong and generally serviceable.

the installation instructions with the fold away ironing board were very scant

Bought the sink twice accidentally and they were able to refund it straight away. Also, bought it on a Monday public holiday, then 2 days later the package was already delivered.

No issues with the Renovator Store itself, the manual with the product had issues, mainly the measurements of how far to set back the unit in the cabinet, I had to add 10mm onto the stated measurements to get it in the right spot.

We ordered a granite sink but unfortunately it arrived with some damage (transit from Vic to Qld). A few photo's and an email were sent to the store and less than 2 hours later a replacement had been organised. The replacement arrived today, absolutely perfect.
