I ordered a tool with agreement we would get it by Thursday!! It is Saturday and we still have not received it. The schedule of a project greatly depended on this tool!! I'm a very unhappy customer!!!
After posting my previous opinion, I need to make an adjustment to my review.
I am very pleased to announce that the operations manager of Rental Tools Online contacted me directly and took care of this matter with the shipping agency which turned out to be the one at fault and NOT Rental Tools Online.
I highly recommend Rental Tools Online! They offer a wide assortment of tools and their customer service is the BEST I have experienced ever.
