I recently had the pleasure of working with RentMyHome and was working closely with Niraj. His professionalism, communication and work ethic has been a testament to the outstanding service provided. A reliable and transparent service was delivered from the outset given my challenges with work-life balance. Niraj secured some great tenants in a matter of days! I would not hesitate to recommend Niraj in the near future for property lettings.

Another bad experience with rentmyhome.co.uk Reported running toilet a week ago. After several email and 2 phone calls asking for an update I received the response. Someone will call you "in the early part of next week". So unprofessional and so unreliable I can't describe with words. I know the landlord is a decent person it's the agent who is absolutely useless. Over 2 years I deal with 5 different agents. Poor.

Niraj who's our property manager is doing an amazing job for me and my family.. I've not met him as yet but very polite and friendly over the phone he has sorted a new cooker for us and other jobs.. Niraj is a credit to reliance properties 👍🏻

We can truly recommend moving with Mr Niraj Shah. It was very stressful time as it was our first house rent in the UK, but with his help everything went smoothly. Very helpful and informative during the whole process. The agent i worked with Zakya Raidan ensured i was taken care of and understood i was looking for a place to move into quickly and made sure that happened with little to no delay.

Honestly a fantastic and simple rental company to use. Debbie Diavatis has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, she's responsive and insightful with emails and has been an excellent guide when renting for the first time. Overall excellent value for money and fantastic customer service - would highly recommend.

AVOID!! First eight months in the property were absolute hell, multiple problems from the days keys were handed over - broken oven, blown windows/unable to open, broken gutter causing internal leaks/damp, electric shower broken, broken built in fridge/freezer (leaving no room for a functioning fridge or freezer to be used in the kitchen area!). All work was reported to RentMyHome and it honestly caused so many months of unnecessary stress and pain!! I was told to ‘leave the property because I was making too many complaints’, then served an eviction notice (3 weeks before Christmas may I add). Only to be contacted 10 minutes later by the landlords after the section 21 noticed was served because they had no idea what was going on and wanted me and my children to stay in the property! After eventually ‘speaking to HR’ to make a formal complaint, it turns out the extremely stressful process I went through was un lawful, pointless and bullying and the eviction notice was withdrawn straight away. Still waiting to sign a new contract for our family home which we’ve been in since June 2021 as our original contract manager - Niraj Shah, I assume, is still under investigation for the hell he put us through as I’m still to receive an outcome from HR! I’ve had zero contact from RentMyHome, just a generic email sent every few (can’t sign because agreed terms haven’t been drafted into the generic contract and contract dates updated) Would not recommend this letting agent if looking for somewhere long term at all. The devastation this past 10 months has had on my mental health could have been totally avoided if RentMyHome had just done their jobs…..Brilliant landlords, but very, very poor service from their acting agent.

Great experience with Alex and team, who managed our flat while we live abroad. Thoroughly recommended.

Niraj Shah has been property manager for a number of years. . He is always willing to help with any queries that we have concerning our property and will always go the extra mile to make sure things are running smoothly. He is very efficient in everything he does where our property is concerned.

TBH, I was a bit sceptical about using Rent My Home services, however, I was pleasantly proven wrong. Debbie Diavatis was an absolute star right from start. chasing the matter like her own, listening patiently to your concerns and giving advice on the best course of action. what more would you ask for? I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Niraj has been with us from viewing for our full tenancy. It’s been wonderful to have a point of contact that’s unchanged! Niraj is always available - even emailing me late in the evenings or Weekends to make sure my query was answered!
He always works hard on his tenants behalf and has been a large part of the reason we have been happy to stay on at our property for 2 years.
