The people we were involved with were helpful and friendly.

Damp proofing work was excellent from start to finish, from Marko doing the initial report and quote to the guys doing the work and the office staff calling regularly to check everything.

The initial surveys to resolve a complex, non standard problem were very well managed. It was a case of what really is the issue and how do we best implement a solution.

Keenan and Andy put a lot of time in on site with us to find the best cost effective solution. It wasn't a case of here this is what you must do. More if we did it like this it would work

And then the actual instal. Brilliant and left the house very clean

I discovered woodworm / weevil damage when I took up the downstairs carpets and called Rentokil as I have pest insurance. Rob came and inspected the damage and concluded that I have no live pests and the damage is all historic, so no treatment needed. I found the process very easy and stress free, and Rob was very affable, polite and professional. He inspected everything very thoroughly and painstakingly. Of course I was very happy that no treatment was needed but if it had been needed I would have felt confident that Rentokil would do a good job. Would recommend Rentokil insurance if you live in an old property.

Despite the higher cost, the service was efficient and well-executed. Staff like Sam and Andy were friendly and knowledgeable, making the process smooth. Rentokil Property Care did an excellent job for me relating to work associated with my Rentokil Rising Damp Policy. From start to finish I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of service.

Carla Oddy, Contracts Manager, was responsive and communicative. She was exceptionally flexible in arranging dates to suit me.

Andy, the technician, was excellent. Helpful, informative about the work he was doing, patient answering my questions and very organised and tidy in his work. He always left the rooms he was working in clean and tidy.

Rentokil rang me on the morning of the job to inform me that the workman who was scheduled to do our work had called in sick. (These things happen). The foreman Alan Keeble arrived and informed us that another team were coming from Birmingham. Alan organised the materials for the job and then Sam Dallaway and Josh Sweet arrived. All three were extremely professional and courteous and completed the work to a very high standard. Very pleased.

We turned to Rentokil after discovering what we thought was another attack from woodworm in my Father in Law’s attic. We spoke to Richard in customer service who I can only say was brilliant. He calmly explained how the process worked, which was greatly appreciated by my FIL, as at 89 years young, his hearing is not the greatest. Appointment made, we then met Sam, who came to the house. What can I say again, he was so calming and completed a thorough search of the attic and surrounding areas. He answered all of our questions and concerns and put our minds at rest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with woodworm, etc. Rentokil, you should be proud of these 2 employees, they are an absolute credit to your company. After the initial panic of finding woodworm in the garage the Rentakill specialist was invited to visit. He arrived promptly, put my mind at rest and assured me it was easy to treat and cure.
A few days later a delightful technician cleaned and treated the timbers with insecticide. Problem solved and panic over with a 30 year guarantee!

From my initial enquiry to the visit and surveillance report, this company has provided an excellent service. The surveyor was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. The damp issues in my property were examined and monitored with specific tools, explanations and advise given, and full detailed report arrived later the same day!

All the Team at Rentokil were professional from start to finish. A comprehensive survey and report that successfully challenged our Buyer's solicitor and reduced the amount of work required. Work carried out swiftly and with very little disruption and then the team in the office pulled out all the stops to get me the documentation to ensure we were able to progress our house sale against very accelerated timescales. I needed some rendering and skimming doing before having a kitchen fitted and the turnaround was very tight. They slotted me in quickly and sent Andy and Lewis to do the job, excellent work and tidy professionals.

I got good advice from Lloyd, the surveyor as well.
Although I have to admit I was disappointed they wouldn't give any discount for a returning customer.

Good team work. Bev, Rhian and their colleagues at Property Care offices, their surveyor Dan Harper and the two man site team Sam and Callum all led me to feel in safe professional hands when it came to treating my property for woodworm. Despite a sub contractor letting them down the site team proved resourceful and cheerful so its still a five from me.
