Bad formatting, and when they finally sent me a manual it was the wrong version which was almost useless. And, guess what, there was no refund. Scam, run away!

Googled scan tool for a RX7320, these guys website comes up, had to specify Tractor model and name before ordering. Got the Tool and it just does not work with that Tractor save your money because to ship it back and get your money back. You gotta ship it to Australia and that will cost you $150.00 zero stars. Would not recommend.

They directed me to the perfect product for my Mercedes, and did and operated as needed. Wouldve been lost without their service to be honest

Scam, obviously should have read reviews first. Ordered digital manual and never received. They should be shut down and arrested.

Ordered repair manual for my 2019 Hyundai, not even checking for these reviews h(having ordered before for my previous car without issues), payed via PayPal, no download, no nothing. When chased up via e-mail, just get a standard scripted reply telling me to check my junk mail folder.

Too bad I did not read their reviews first. A '636' (St. Louis) area code number is used for their contact information, but they are supposedly in California. If you search the number, a number of websites associated with it are listed. This happened to me one hour ago, so after I did not receive the manual I called my credit card company to cancel my card and dispute the charge. They need to be shut down, obviously.

Ordered a manual for my Tahoe and didn't get the download. Then read the online reviews and realized it's just a huge scam. Had to cancel the card in case they made criminal use of it.

AVOID at all costs.

Ad shows color photos, states black/white. All are black/white.
Also sent media mail, charged for other.
Shady at best

This business is a scam. I sold a set of automotive manuals to Curtis (the owner and scammer of DIY Repair Manuals). I sent him the manuals and he received them on 12/02/22 and it has been 1 1/2 months and he won't pay me the negotiated price.
Beware of doing business with this fraudulent business.

They lied on my sale. I searched for an amana gas dryer service manual ngd7200tw and they sent me a Maytag MDE9700A. The electronic panel on the front of my dryer is a slightly different shape than the picture in the service manual, and the parts listed are NOT the amana part numbers I need. Also the exhaust port on the back is different. This company is a scam, and “review” websites are obviously scamming customers through the use of multiple paid fake reviews. I can’t possibly be the only person they sold a similar manual to that is too different to be usable. I am angry. Their customer service is non-existent even after being a paid customer other than a “web form”. I tried to start a payment contest w PayPal as the payment was fraud. They did not clearly say in their description when I was paying that this manual would be vaguely similar and that it would not be listing or showing the actual part numbers for my make and model.

Quite complicated getting the password, in the end the PDF file download successful, it´s OK.

Farm Manuals Fast.com is also deceptive...
they advertise their manuals as if they were actual physical/paper repair/service manuals...
but they are NOT, they are only electronic/download photocopies of the real manuals

Charged 22.80, refunded 21.45. Manual not supplied because they couldn't find it from Googling. These guys are absolute scammers, don't send them money.

Repairmanual.co did not deliver the manual after 60 hours when their confirmation email promised delivery in 30 minutes. Verizon cannot connect to their phone number. They do not respond to their support email and do not respond to their "contact us" form on their website. They did charge my card immediately after the order.

Bought diagnostic scanner for my truck. It was delivered fast and worked fantastically, saving me a fortune on the mechanic!

Order repair manual...was told i would have the link in 30 minutes via email. 12 hours later still no link..contacted Repair manuals with my concern. I was told the link was sent and would send again. I asked for a refund since the product was not delivered as the email sated it was. Was told it was sent again and nothing received in email, spam or junk. Contacted CC to dispute the charge. told "customer service" this and was told I was not going to receive a refund, that I was in trouble now and that i was a "b@$tard" for reaching out to my CC.
the disclaimer they have on emails states you can not copy or that share the email chain which is very odd...now I understand why they add that line...trying to scare people not to reach out for help.
save you money and shop elsewhere

Item (scanner) not as advertised, did not work. Very rude customer service! Offered to let me keep the unit (that didn’t work as advertised) and HALF my purchase price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Should have read reviews first. My mistake. Trying to recover my money via PayPal.

Warning... avoid this company at all costs.
They sell cheap over prized products, and their customer service representatives are condescending and rude.
We requested a refund 4 months ago and we have yet to see anything.

They never gave me the instant access. There is no place to request a refund. I purchased nothing for 30 dollars. Paid with my card and can not receive refund. I tried to trigger someones reply and nothing...

I purchased this product in haste while fixing my motorcycle, Because of the price and picture I believed i was getting a hard copy of the book, I understand that this is my ignorance and not there fault, however the email i received asking asking them if there was a delivery problem was as followed.

This is completely unprofessional, unwarranted and unnecessary.
I will NEVER purchase from them again.

After returning the Email stating that this was very Rude, they returned with the following Email.

I do apologize if it came off rude, that was not the intention. I reread and it does seem a bit rude without hearing the tone. THanks for pointing it out and we will learn from that for future dealings. Aain really sorry about that and as a gesture of gratitude, how would you like a cover for your bike at 50% off? Let us know if so, it means you get it for a mere $20, which is very cheap.

An attempt to selling me another product! as a " we are sorry" honestly this is distasteful.

Please if you are able to do business elsewhere I highly encourage you to do so.
