Hi Philip, sorry to hear you are disappointed. Frustratingly, we shipped on time, but Royal Mail could not attempt delivery on Saturday, when they were supposed to arrive to you. Hi Lee. We feel very disappointed about this 1-star review, as you mentioned our product was good quality, and we also shipped your order on time. I am uncertain what delivery issues you are referring to, as your order was delivered on time. This would perhaps be better directed towards APC as we unfortunately have no control at all over how orders are delivered, once they have left our hands.

Haven't managed to order for a good while until I had my daughters 2dragons Home and when I did I ordered straight away and again same as the years I have used them beforehand still amazing and as perfect as they were last time not so long ago,veryvery happy,prices are not to bad for what I always need to get/buy but again understandable there service if you like is fabulous 100,000% recommend this company❤️

Hi John, we do not believe this to be true. Your order was delivered within the timeframe stated on our website, at checkout, and your order confirmation email. You ordered on Saturday, we dispatched on Monday, and it was delivered on Tuesday.
