Poor. Delivered left doorstep even though says. Delivered to garage to which i dont have. Contacted told to. Report to police. Get crime. No as if police not got enough to deal with than poor delivery. And. Stolen So fone ghat sent pictures of item. Whrre was left slso. Delivery proof of where they said had left it. And didnt ad. Dont have garage 🙄😳 to now be told waiting to hear from delivery driver. Why. Ehy. Waiting to hear from delivery driver driver sent all details. Had to go out yesterday to buy this item again waste time money ordering grom here in first place

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve reported your delivery as stolen.
As with any business, we do need to investigate reports of missing or stolen parcels before issuing a refund. We advised you to report the theft, as this is a crime that should be reported to the relevant authorities, and we have also contacted the delivery company to request further information so we can establish what happened to your parcel and, hopefully, locate it and get it to you.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue an immediate refund based solely on a report that the parcel has been stolen. We have to follow a fair investigation process to protect both our customers and our small business from potential fraudulent claims.

Only 2 adult locuts were alive I’ve had years of deliveries of adult locust from another company and always alive, I changed company for more variety and they arrived with only 2 Alive . I needed to swiftly resource food to replace and was left out of pocket after several emails I was refunded but not for postage! Ended up spending well over what I could afford

Hi Maria, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
Your order of adult locusts was left in a safe place outdoors. As explained at the time, adult locusts are particularly sensitive to temperature and environmental conditions, which may have contributed to their loss.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to send a replacement of XL locusts, which are generally hardier. Unfortunately, you declined this offer, so we proceeded to issue a full refund for your order.
We’re sorry that your experience was not as expected and appreciate your feedback.

Was nervous as I hadn't ordered live food online before but it arrived in perfect condition and in an extremely timely manner. Will most certainly be back.
