This was my 1st order and wasn’t sure how it would go. I was kept informed throughout the process and parcel arrived exactly when it was supposed to.
The roaches were the size I wanted and look in great condition and all alive
I will definitely be ordering again

Packaging not good, but fast delivery.
I ordered 10 tropical grey isopods, the majority were alive and active while i found 3 dead ones. Delivery was fast yet the packaging wasn't the greatest compared to other companies i've ordered from. E.g, the box was empty other than the tub of isopods & my recipe. No protection layers whatsoever. As well as the bottom of the box was damaged. Won't be buying from here again

Very quick at coming which is needed…
Very quick at coming which is needed with live insects, only one came dead which I find really good. My gecko loves the cockroaches and I can't find them anywhere else that I find that he likes!
