As usual it was quick and easy to order the bugs the only issue i had is the delivery person never knocked or rang my bell so it was a good job I seen them walk away or I wouldn't of know they were just left on my doorstep which I know is not your fault. We order from you as we have not had a problem before and all are lizards enjoy your bugs

Reptiles by post sent my order on time and very quickly.
The issue arose with royal mail. It advised me that it was out on delivery and never arrived. My wife ended up collecting the following morning. Thankfully everything inside was good, however it had been whilst it was really hot this would not have been the case.
Will use you again.

Delivery was fine but I was very disappointed with the size of my locusts. I ordered small/medium but they were so tiny I had to put the whole carton in the Viv and let them escape because they were too small to get out. I've never had such small locusts before. The crickets were ok but I don't think I will be ordering again.
