Clerical error and refusal to help
Had a subscription and havent had any problems up until now, they checked the "do not leave in safe place" box then lied saying they haven't despite me and APC courier providing evidence that they had and when we sent evidence they completely ignored me.. no phone number to call to sort this makes it impossible.. so today my animals go hungry and im £22 out of pocket... great 👍 I will delete this review IF rectified...

Honestly this has been the best reptile website ever. I have been struggling to get many thing for my beardie but this website has everything including his fav food dubia roaches. Found these around 3 months ago and I don't get stuff for my beardie from anywhere but here now! Best reptile website In uk 100%

I am so impressed by reptiles by post ! I am a new owner of a bearded dragon and ordered live food and some other essentials - I couldn't make up my mind and made multiple edits to the order which caused it not to come on time. I reached out to chase up my order and had the pleasure of getting a reply from Eve. She went above and beyond to sort my order and offer me lots of advice about my husbandry and new set up ! Most of my order was right unfortunately my fruit fly container was somehow crushed even though box was perfect and crickets where smaller than normal but still ok there was a lack of flys for morning geckos though:(

Unfortunately the box was a mess when it turned up the bugs boxes were crushed luckily no bugs got out, and the fruit flys were dead the next day, the other bugs were good. Won’t be ordering again

Hi Kristy. Sorry to hear that the couriers mishandled your parcel, it is frustrating when they ignore the 'handle with care' stickers. However, I am glad to hear that your order was packed well enough that no bugs escaped. The fruit flies, as mentioned in the product description, have a life span of 24-48 hours post delivery, so this is perfectly normal.

First time using company as needed sand for my hamster and couldn't get from normal place. Good, fast delivery and good price. Will be back again although the tape sealing the box saying live insects did concern my hubby a little bit.😂
