Returned a flag and still have NOT received my money back!!!

I ordered 2 flags,1 for our outside flag pole and 1 for our shop. After receiving them I realized the 1 for outside was never going to withstand our windy weather. Emailed them about return ..NO answer. Found a return address so sent it back its been 12 days since they received my return NO response. I've emailed them several times no response....BUT they can email EVERYDAY with ads!!! I see why they have these HORRIBLE reviews! They DO NOT care about you once you have ordered from them, and their Customer Service is HORRIBLE!

Do not buy from them

I ordered a baseball hat. They sent a fitted hat that didn't match the description. I emailed them 4 times and used contact us on their website. No response. Do not buy from them. I ended up filing a complaint with my bank

Poor Communication

I ordered an America 250 flag and received an email that they received it. When I click on "View My Order" I am directed to the website with the words. "Your order is confirmed We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." No updates. When I emailed service at republicandogs .com AND their contact us form - NOTHING.

I order items from many on-line businesses (big and small) and receive a response within reason. I will be placing a DISPUTE and cancel my purchase. Especially after reading most previous reviews on TrustPilot. I should have checked here first.

ANOTHER RED FLAG : When they don't allow reviews on Google or have this to respond on an automated message. NOT GOOD.

Should have checked here before…

Should have checked here before ordering. So far, not a good experience. ZERO customer service or communication.

Received an email May 26th stating YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY. Had a USPS tracking number. Looking up that tracking only says label created, since May 26th.

I went here because they said they were a small family owned business. As a veteran I support these businesses. Unfortunately, this "small family owned business" gives them all a bad name. A 1.8 rating here says all you need to know.

This is likely one of those "business's", I use that term loosely, because a real business has customer service that actually responds, but they likely are taking your order and not known to you at ordering is it is a pre order, so weeks later they will then place an order, ZERO of anything in stock, or the order would be shipped.

Maybe this posting will get a response because emails and followup emails sure do not.

Ordered 3 hats in early March

Ordered 3 hats in early March, have never received them. They printed a shipping label, but no shipment. Cancelled the order, which they said I couldn’t do because the order was shipped, but it wasn’t. They are scammers and liars. My credit card company has refunded my purchase and is now going after them. Do not trust them or buy from them.

I would have given them zero starts had…

I would have given them zero starts had this been an option. This company is a joke. I ordered a white cap for a friend. I received a gray cap. I notified them and then told me to return the cap. I paid just about the cost of the cap to send it back. Then it was returned to me because it was delivered beyond their store hours. How in the world am I supposed to control this. Buyers beware.

Bait & Switch!

I ordered 4 hats. 2 Charcoal Gray and 2 Distressed Gray. I received 4 Charcoal Gray Hats. I informed them of their mistake and they sent me 2 more Charcoal Gray Hats. I once again informed them of their mistake and they sent me 2 more of the WRONG COLOR hats. I advised them again of their error, requesting a refund or the correct color hats I ordered and they said they sent me the correct hats, but they were labled wrong. A LIE. I took a picture of the order and of the hats I actually received and sent it to them. Still have not heard from them or gotten what I ordered. BAIT & SWITCH! Save yourself some agravation and DO NOT ORDER from them.

Disgusted

I ordered a hat 3 weeks ago, the payment went through but I never heard from them,i sent 3 email without a response, and like others say their phone is disconnected.

Poor service.

I ordered a hat on November 13th. It should be here by now. I'm unable to contact them because there phone number is no longer in service.

Don't waste your time

Initially, this company used to be good. I ordered some Trump flags from them last year. Don't know what has happened to the company since then, they behave more like Democrats now. Promise everything, and deliver nothing! They send me daily marketing emails of their inventory. Yet they seem completely incapable of filling a simple order. I placed an order on Oct 25th, as of Nov 17th the only thing I have is "label created". When I email customer service I get a form letter response from Ana that says we will follow up on this. Nothing ever happens. Lousy business! Don't waste your time or money on them.

Update: I attempted to call their customer service phone number. It has been disconnected. BBB rates them a grade "F".

They never respond to emails

They never respond to emails. The phone is disconnected. I am glad I didn’t buy the hats. Almost bought as gifts so I saved money and headache. I tried reaching them many times
