Patriot Depot Avis 

Here's the short version:

I placed an order for two baseball caps.

One of the items I received was incorrect.

I contacted them via email about the error (their ONLY contact option) THE DAY I RECEIVED MY ORDER .

That was FIVE MONTHS AGO.

Since then I have contacted them MULTIPLE TIMES about this issue.

After nearly FIVE MONTHS, I have received EXACTLY ZERO RESPONSE from this company.

I honestly don't think they have any customer service. NONE.

A horrible way to do business. Which is only to their detriment, because I would have made many more purchases if they would have corrected this error.

BUT THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE IT.

CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I finally got a response from Patriot Depot.

I find it very interesting that, after waiting almost 5 months for any response to multiple emails submitted directly to Patriot Depot customer service, I didn't receive a response from them UNTIL THE EXACT DAY I POSTED MY EXPERIENCE HERE ON TRUSTPILOT.

Coincidence?

Anyway, after FINALLY getting a response, they actually sent me the baseball hat I was shorted. Too bad it was 3 months after the event I wanted it for.

I'll add a 2nd star for finally coming through after supposedly finding my email(s) in their spam folder. I would add 2 stars, but any customer service that allows the email of a known customer to be filtered into their spam folder isn't firing on all cylinders.

I bought a few flags and they were exactly like advertised. Quick and easy to order and they were received when expected. Great quality. My neighbors love them :)

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
Product received was no way near the quality that was shown on their website. Customer service does not exist as they only have email communication, NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! I sent two emails PER THEIR WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS and no one ever responded. You cannot return an item unless a return code sent back to you.

WHAT A SCAM now after 4 months and 5 emails to customer service with the first 2 emails sent the day i received the product and the day after they post please contact the non existent customer service so they can review my complaint.

I would leave no stars but it wouldnt let me. My husband ordered books for our grandson on July 4th 2026 and we have never received them. I have sent 4 emails and none have been answered. This is absolutely the worst customer service and they say they it's a veterans business. They should be ashamed to tout that and not deliver what's ordered or even answer emails.

They lied about shipping all three of my glasses and refuse to answer emails.

They will steal your money and ignore you.

The Patriot cap was exceptional. It was beautifully made and beyond that, my son loves it. He wears it everywhere!!
Researched before buying, and I am so glad I picked Patriot Depot.

Ordering was not a problem but displaying what I was buying, was? I could not see the back of the cap to see if was a strap or clip adjustment? Once I got the cap, I was very disappointed with the product. It had a strap for adjustment and the lettering was no centered at all. I looked like a rush job.

Patriot Depot has fantastic patriotic apparel and accessories. Good prices and sales and first rate quality. Delivery is on time.

I have ordered multiple articles from Patriot Depot- glasses, shirts, challenge coins, bunting, pins, etc. over many years. All the items I have purchased are good quality and exactly as they are portrayed on their site. I love everything I have received and will continue to use and buy from their site.

At this point the site is a scam. No way to contact without an order number that is somehow nowhere to be found in the purchase email. No phone to call .. tell me where my order is and we can talk. Order June 8th. Not a peep but sure do get alot of emails for specials. Do better before I report the charge as fraud. No place to post pics of my order here either.

I did love the quality of the apparel I received, but I need to return 2 of the shirts. Just have patience while waiting for a reply from this small, family owned American business!

Quality products at very reasonable prices. Had to change my shipping address and emailed their support- got answered within 24 hours. Love these guys!

I placed an order this morning for an American Bunting flag. After placing the order, I was wondering if their products are made in the USA. I looked all over website and never saw the words, "Made in the USA". So, I decided to cancel the order. There's no phone number on their website. I Googled the number For Patriot Depot and found two different numbers. Neither number is a working number. I was unable to cancel. I had to call my credit card company to ask them to cancel the payment to Patriot Depot. Now I just have to wait to see what happens.
UPDATE (5/13/2026): I received an email from Patriot Depot. They have cancelled my order. My question was never answered. Are their flags MADE IN THE USA?
