I love buying from Patriot Depot! Their products are high quality but their customer service is even better! They promptly respond and help when needed. Love this company!!

I ordered a Freedom shirt from here the day Charlie Kirk was taken from us. The shirt came quickly and I even got a free gift. No complaints about them, I look forward to my continued business with them.

Had issues with this order. First they shipped the wrong products, after contacting customer service they agreed to send a return shipping label and send the correct product. However, they shipped the product to my billing address not the shipping address on the order, which is where the original order shipped to. We are temporarily in AZ so having coffee mugs in CO wasn't great. A neighbor came down and brought the box so I now have the mugs. Upside the quality is great like everything else I had ordered from them.

Ordered several items as gifts and most of the items were good. One of the items they shipped incorrectly so I received the wrong item. I tried several times to contact the company for an exchange and NEVER heard back. You can only email...there is no phone number for customer service contact.

The gnome i got was a really good the material was topnotch and the painting was really good handled with extreme care with every stroke definitely would buy from them again given the chance

I have placed over a dozen orders and have received everyone in mostly timely manner with one or two with a slight delay, the products I have ordered came as expected and quality was very good, I read some of the complaints and was surprised with their issues especially with CS so far overall I have been completely satisfied with my experience with this company last ordered was different items place was on 1/24/25for t3 items, 1 item delivered on 2/2/26 another on 2/4/26 and the last one on 2/5/26

Everything that I ordered was exactly as stated on the site. It all came very quickly and very nicely packaged. You could tell that care was taken in getting it shipped out.

The order process was simple. I ordered 2 TShirts and an embroidered hat. All of the material is good quality. The shirts washed up nice. The print is very vivid and did not fade in wash or dryer. The sizing worked. I ordered a large. The shirts fits well. I am tall at 140 lbs.
The embroidery on the hat is very nice. Its high quality material, the adjustment strap is also material, not plastic. The stitching colors are vivid and stand out on the black hat.
I would definitely order from this company again.

I have been a longtime customer with Patriot Depot, with a past of reliable, on time order delivery. When the Charlie Kirk tragedy happened September 10th, I ordered two tee shirts for the October Birthday and Memorial for my husband and myself.

I sent several email shipping status inquiries, without obtaining response, in late September but I also could see the magnitude of US (and World) response to Charlie’s untimely death.

Given massive turnouts at Turning Point USA HQ and numerous Campus Events across the US, I knew Patriot Depot had to be completely inundated and overwhelmed by orders, manufacturing, shipping.

I was disappointed I did not have the tee shirts for October 10th, but as a devoted supporter of Charlie Kirk understood the magnitude associated with unanticipated product demand.

I continued the outreach and made contact early November with amazing staff communication in Patriot Depot’s Customer Service.

When I received the two red Memorial TShirts mid November, I ordered several new Tshirts (one was a white FREEDOM Charlie Kirk tee) from Patriot Depot for my husband for Christmas. These high quality shirts arrived in a timely manner well in front of the Holiday.

The high quality service was very professional and restored the trust I have always had in Patriot Depot’s integrity.

The Charlie Kirk Tee Shirt delay was a one time anomaly I hope patrons of Patriot Depot can understand and forgive. It is an excellent Company.

I received part of my order. What I received was good, but the company was unresponsive about the rest of my order. The post office said it was delivered. It was not. Patriot Depot said it was not their problem. They only responded after they thought it was delivered, not at all in the previous 2 months.Horrible customer service and communication. Run from this company! Never received 2 shirts or a refund.

Our first purchase was the Charlie Kirk Freedom hats and T-shirts. They are very good quality and the shipping was quicker than expected!
