I’ve ordered from Patriot Depot 4 times. The products are all top notch! The quality is amazing and made in the USA! I would definitely recommend purchasing from Patriot Depot! It does take a few extra days to receive your order but it’s a small shop trying to grow their business. They have my continued support! So worth the wait!

I have been waiting for my order for thee weeks now, I have sent you a complaint four days ago, no response, you charged my credit card and still no delivery or even the fact that my order will ever be delivered. Your order was shipped to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, the ZIP code entered with your order was incorrect, which prevented USPS from completing delivery. According to the tracking history, USPS attempted to deliver your package over a period of several weeks before ultimately returning it to us.
While we understand your frustration, once an order leaves our facility, we rely on USPS tracking information and customer communication to identify delivery problems. We are not automatically notified when a package encounters an address issue or remains undeliverable within the postal system.

Extremely poor service and communication
Very poor service!! Their website says ships within 5 - 10 days, after 14 days the Shop App says delivered!! However I absolutely haven't received my product, I've reached out to Patriot twice and so far nothing but crickets!!! They certainly didn't hesitate to take my $178 though!! I guess my only resolution at this point is to at least file a complaint with BBB and then see if my credit card company can get my money back.

I believe this business is a scam
I believe this business is a scam. When I ordered on February 28 the site stated shipping would be in 7 to 10 business days. Well, it’s been over ten business days and I’ve haven’t heard a word from them about shipping. Deathly quiet once they got my money. It appears my resolve is to contest the charge on the card. This was a present for my grandson who lives in Germany. I ordered several other things for him form other retailers and they have all arrived. Don’t buy from these people.

The best coffee in town... can't be beat!
I've been ordering from them since the fall of 2021. There is nothing like getting your coffee straight from the roaster. Wife and I used to love to go out for coffee, until we started with this company. To the extent that we might still do so, we always agree that outside coffee is not as good as what I make at home. I even bought a bag of coffee from one of the coffee houses we still like, to give the other brand a chance to compete. Hands down, patriotdepot is the best.
