After reviewing the situation, we determined that an error occurred during fulfillment, and the incorrect hat was selected and shipped with your order. This was an unfortunate mistake on our part, and we take full responsibility.

We want to assure you that we do not intentionally misrepresent our products. The hat you received was not the correct version of the product you ordered, and we understand why that would lead to concerns about the description and embroidery.
