Got a Baron Trump onesie for my baby! Came quickly and was good quality.

We were in Texas and ordered shirts for the Kirk memorial on Oct 14. We placed the order Sept 20. We left Texas on Oct 16 and the alleged shipment occurred two weeks before that but UPS was still saying “label created” two weeks later. I just found out they are saying the delivery was now finally made but we never got it as we are back in Florida now and the family members home the delivery was allegedly made to did not get the package. I have sent a dozen emails and attempted many calls and have not received any communication back at all.

I placed an order on Oct. 9th, received an acknowledgment, and the order was supposed to be delivered about Oct. 16th. The order has not arrived as of Nov. 2nd, and my emails to customer service have not been answered, and there is no phone number to talk with anyone.

First of all, the timely designs for shirts are great. I have ordered three times from Patriot Depot, and each time the shirts arrived in a timely manner and were well done. I receive confirmation emails after each order and if there are any issues I need to address. I would purchase from them again. Just bought the FREEDOM t-shirt and hoodie. They get noticed.

I ordered three shirts in one order. I knew the Charlie Kirk shirt was going to be delayed. To my surprise, two of the shirts shipped within a week, but notifications said it was damaged. Being patient, I waited to see if that was going to be shipped when the third shirt was ready, but it showed up on it's own. I sent a message to them and got a reply in two hours!! They realized the first shipment was damaged and they quickly got those out in no time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks!! Tom C, Army Vet

Ordered Charlie's Freedom shirts prior to reading reviews. I was a little worried after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised to get my shirts in just a few days. I was able to buy two t shirts from these guys and they worked diligently to get them to me. They did a great job and were efficient. The apparel is awesome and greatly patriotic. It's worth every cent you pay them.

I ordered freedom t-shirts for Charlie Kirk’s birthday and received them on his birthday so I was able to wear it. It did take a little longer than I would’ve liked to receive it but I’m sure they were overwhelmed with orders for that particular shirt. I was impressed with the quality of the shirts. I’ve ordered from this company in the past and have no complaints. I’d like to see them be successful so maybe they could do a little better so customers don’t leave so many negative reviews?

Initially, I was upset with this company, as I had oredered 3 items and got them all in great turnaround time! Even my red Charlie Kirk hoodie. It was too small and I emailed 4 separate times with no response and like others have said, there is no customer service number. Finally, an employee got back to me, apologized for the ball drop in communication, and offered to send me a replacement hoodie in the right size right away. Without sending the too small one back! I was glad to see they were doing their best to make up for the lack of customer communication

I own several shirts and hats from this organization. 5 STAR excellent quality U.S. craftsmanship and materials. Patriot Depot been around since 2007, but I wouldn’t blame you if you hadn’t heard of them until more recently. In fact, a lot of people hadn’t heard of them until September of 2019, when one of their products and accompanying parody tune went viral.

Now I ain’t gonna lie — my Charlie Kirk shirts took a little longer to get here than I expected, but I can’t say a bad word about Patriot Depot. They kept me in the loop the whole time, treated me right, and talked to me with good manners like folks used to do. You can tell they’re a small conservative business that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. That kind of honesty and communication means a lot these days. I’ll gladly order from them again — good people, good values, and good service. 🇺🇸
