Very disappointing and concerning experience.
After placing a large order and completing full payment, our order number, phone number, and detailed purchase information were somehow accessed by a third party. Shortly after, we were contacted by someone claiming there was an issue with the payment and asking us to pay again. The person had accurate order details, which made the request appear legitimate.
We made the additional payment — and the individual disappeared. No order was delivered.
What is even more upsetting is that when we contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility or properly investigate how our confidential order information was exposed.
This is not just poor customer service — this is a serious data security concern. Customers trust brands with their personal and financial information. That trust has been broken.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

I made a purchase of a lawn outfit, hand washed it, dried it indoors and the colour faded away after first wash!
Messaged them on Insta for guidance and had no response. they are probably the worst Pakistani brand out there! I don’t know how they have still managed to keep up the name after delivering such pathetic customer support. I didn’t even get a reply it’s been a year since I have to escalate this here. I am appalled by the garment quality it’s not value for money. Please don’t be fooled by the glamorous brand they don’t deliver quality! Don’t waste your money!!!

Ich habe hier Ende Jänner ein Kleid (keine Sonderanfertigung, konnte aus normalen Kleidergrößen wählen) bestellt, die Bearbeitungs- und Versanddauer wurde mit 4 Wochen angegeben. Ende Februar war das Kleid noch immer nicht verschickt, weshalb ich ein Mail geschrieben habe. Mitte März habe ich weder eine Antwort noch eine Info gehabt und Ende März habe ich sie dann auf Instagram angeschrieben, wo mir dann versichert wurde, dass es in den nächsten 2 bis 3 Tagen versendet wird. Keine Entschuldigung bekommen und jetzt ist fast Mitte April und von dem Kleid keine Spur und auf Instagram wird mir auch nicht mehr geantwortet. Das Geld haben sie aber Anfang Jänner natürlich sofort eingezogen!
