Not good on returns
Bought a dress didn’t fit me and wanna return it and I have to pay a 10% restocking charge. Plus I have to pay for shipping. Never seen a company work like this. Not a company you want to order a dress from.

The dress arrived promptly
The dress arrived promptly. However the $500 was just in a plastic shipping envelope- should have been shipped in a box.
The return process was complicated and did not have to be. You must email within 3 days or receiving. That sounds reasonable except when you receive it on a Friday when u are out of town for the weekend and get home on Sunday.

Dress was beautiful and exactly as described. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately the dress was too big but returning it was super easy and stress free. We requested a credit rather than refund because we plan to buy our next dress here as well.
