Set up an initial consultation meeting and they showed up late for it. Not a good sign when a sales rep is late.

I have personally talked to people within this organization and I now have concluded that this organization is a serious organization with people who are fair and honest. I had a little communication issue during the process but that was resolved.

I had something I didn't want going around the internet.
It felt like an insurmountable assignment to me so I contacted Reputation guards, and they told me that they would handle it. They even cut the cost to make it more affordable for me. They began working on eliminating the site.
Well it didn't worked out, even that they were constantly in touch with me.
When the last day from our agreement came and nothing was done, I was asked to sign a new contract... When I asked for a refund of the first one, so I can pay for the next one, the contact with the person, who worked with me, stopped immediately.
I would not work with them again.
