I've just bought a brilliant new Task Chair (Haworth Fern) from Callum and the team. They were really helpful and knowledgeable, gave me lots of time as I tried out some options at their extensive new warehouse location in Rochford. They even put right a small issue with a wheel within a couple of hours.

Firstly I thought this website was a scam because of the pricing. I got a RRP £1000+ Herman Miller chair for £300 after discount? Unbelievable. Everywhere else was quoting £500+. I barely slept at night thinking I lost my money this is too good to be true. I placed the order at 11:30pm and within 24h it was hand delivered to my door! (Thanks Callum!)

Secondly, I inspected the chair and I was thinking it’s second hand so there must be wear and tear or stains etc, mate this chair was effectively brand new! No stains wear for tear padding everything in mint condition.

Thirdly, the team were very responsive over phone and email, very pleased with my new chair my spine is now in good care.

These guys got a life time customer now!

What a nice guy and what a chair! I ordered the chair on the 23rd and was worried it wouldn't come is time for christmas and he assured me it would. When dps didn't pick it up in time for christmas delivery, HE DROVE OVER 6 HOURS ON CHRISTMAS EVE into London to make sure it got here in time! What a guy! The chair is in perfect condition and was a really good price. Such a nice, trustworthy and reliable guy. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy!
