Great option when domestic disaster occurs, in our case a loss of water pressure on a Sunday just before guests were due to arrive.
Jack was reassuring and carefully explained the options, before assigning the contract to a local plumber, with contact details provided.
The plumber arrived within the allocated time and efficiently resolved the problem within the hour.
Very grateful to all concerned.
My kitchen tap started spurting water upwards on a Friday evening. Rescue Force sent Kevin to sort it out. He arrived when he told me he would and went above and beyond to leave me with a dry kitchen. Thank you.
Rescueforce stated a minimum call out fee of £250 for an electrician 1st hour free then i would have to negotiate any additional hours direct with the electrician. When asked how much the additional hourly charge would be they responded standard electrician rates. When pressed how much is a standard electrician rate would be he responded no idea i am not an electrician. "So you want me to pay £250 for 1 hour and if the electrician has to stay longer you have no idea of the cost?". "Sorry no. Good luck with your problem", Then he put the phone down. Obviously only intrested in collecting the call out arrangement fee of £125. Pathetic company.

Hi Steve, we are clear and transparent about our pricing. The initial charge and what it covered were explained during your call. Any charges for work beyond the first hour would be agreed directly between you and the engineer on site. Our colleague could not quote an additional hourly rate on the engineer’s behalf.
We understand you wanted a fixed figure for any further time, but we could not provide one during the call. You were free to decline the booking, as you did.
We respect your decision not to proceed, but we do not agree that explaining our charges upfront supports the characterisation of our business in your review.
Kind regards,
The Rescue Force Team

My sister returned from a holiday to discover she had a leak from the tank in the attic into the first floor main bathroom and down to ground floor snug. The ceilings were saturated. It was after 7pm. I phoned Rescue Force. I spoke to a lovely guy, Jack. He was very sympathetic and explained how he could get a plumber within our area. A neighbour was able to help. Jack called back an hour later to make sure we were ok. Excellent service, a sympathetic ear and dependable company. Call out fee and charges were very reasonable for an emergency solution. Highly recommend.
