Stay away. Bait and switch
Like others have stated and I should have read. I ordered a bottle it had listed for 160.62, it was charged to my card and said it would ship in a couple of days. after weeks I sent an email, it wasnt "answered" just a copy paste return that didnt answer any of my questions. The next day it said my order was coming but running late, the day after that I got an email saying they could not fill my order with the original supplier and to reorder, now its over 1000 dollars for the same exact bottle... and I will have to wait a week for the refund.
Inaccurate Advertised Pricing
Reserve bar advertises many bottles, such as "Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey," starting at $520. I emailed the company and asked which area and or vendor actually sells this bottle at this price, and they refused to provide me with the information. I have tried zip codes in all 50 states but have not found the bottle for under $750. If ReserveBar.com advertises something on its site and cannot provide the source or access to the stated price, that seems dishonest, and being a third party is not an excuse for not being able to explain the pricing shown on its own site. This appears to be a false bait to get people on the site to show a higher price to the customer when their zip code is entered. At the very least, it is an actively ignorant record of their own vendors, which I don't think is the case and certainly not an excuse.

Meagan G. is the best. She worked with me to find a difficult to find bourbon without the extremely high secondary markup. Had found out that the service didn't ship to my home state but we were able to find a suitable alternative. Reserve Bar has made me a new loyal customer.
