Partial Order Received -

I received the June 16 Order, 1686922920525 I am still waiting on the May 17 Order, 1684331525304, the ANGEL'S ENVY Finished Rye Whiskey HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I am told it is out of stock, and yet it is available on ReserveBar but at a higher cost. This a bait and switch to get higher prices.

They will absolutely flood your inbox for nothing

Could use less promotional material. Y'all send so much once you have someone's contact info it kind of makes people have instantaneous regret. You have to get to the webpage to sign up babes, we know you're here. Nobody wants to have to immediately unsubscribe from something, that's just obnoxious. Also the discount offer could have the order minimum in a spot where people are actually going to see it. I may have been inclined to order more if it had been front and center, but instead it felt kinda rug yank-y so I don't think I will be a frequent customer if I use this service again at all.
The whisky is good though.

Thankful for the item, disappointed in shipping time promised

I had thought it was supposed to be two day shipping, i had ordered well ahead of time and was expecting my order before father's day as this was a special, sentimental gift, and I didn't receive it till a week after expedited arrival. Otherwise I am overall happy with the purchase.

I purchased a gift for my Dad

I purchased a gift for my Dad. He received it in good condition and on time. It may have been user error but I didn’t see a gift option on the site which would be a great addition

I made an order Months ago

I made an order Months ago, and never received my order. A few days ago i received a email saying that my order was received and they will charge my card $1,854.34. I was told that this site was a scam i should have listen. Either they never sent my order and trying to scam me out my money or it was sent to the wrong address.

Customer service sucks overpriced for…

Customer service a no go overpriced for this terrible service. They want to text and text zero answers non existent service. Then you call and due to high call volume you must Text and hung up
